Advice: Read the directions, read them again, start your brew, sanitize everything that will touch the cool wort/beer. read the directions again. Control your temperatures. Ferment at the low end of your yeast's range. Control your fermentation temperature. Patience. Most directions have you moving to secondary or bottling sooner than is optimum.
Bottle then wait. They will be best at 3 weeks +. I usually put 1 in the fridge after a week and a half to test it. Most of the time it is at least 2 weeks before they are carbonated and better at 3 weeks and longer.
