Hi I brewed my first beer yesterday but I messed up after the cool down process I poured it into a 6 gallon glass carboy. Well when I poured it into the carboy I poured the whole thing in I did not leave the solid out is there anyway I can fix this or should I just leave it alone it has been int the fermentation for one day

Leave it alone. If you're worried about it rack into secondary after initial fermentation stops.

K thanks if I do go to second fermentation how long do I leave it in there for

You can leave it indefinitely. May be good to just let some of the solids drop out and clear the beer a bit. Try to introduce as little air as possible if you go to secondary. If you are going to have a lot of extra head space it may be best to just bottle after fermentation has finished. Congrats on the first brew!

A lot of brewers dump the whole boil kettle in. In about three weeks everything will be at the bottom in a nice compact cake.

I have a question when my beer was in the fermentation process it was bubbling a lot the first two days now it is barely even bubbling but it has only been four days is that normal or not. This is my first time ever so I am not sure if it is bubbling right or not

That's completely normal. Some beers finish quickly and some bubble for days. Let it go for at least 10 days total and then check the gravity. Check it again a few days after. If it hasn't changed, go ahead and bottle.

Okay thank you it is bubbling every 21 seconds also how do I check the gravity
