I brewed up an extract batch last night and pitched Roeselare, I was surprised to see it bubbling away this morning :rockin:
3 gallon

3lbs golden dme
4oz special b steeped
.25oz glacier 4.6%aa 30min

1.045 OG
5 IBU

how does it look?

Roeselare has sacch in it, so if that pack was relatively fresh then there was plenty for a 3 gallon, low'ish OG batch.

recipe looks just dandy.

How long should i keep it in primary?
until gravity is stable for a month... 6 minimum, no harm in leaving it for 9-12. Roe is notorious for not producing very sour beers on the first pitch. if you want to get a little more pucker in there, you should consider adding some dregs.
