0.3 kg Crystal 140L (0.6 lbs)
5 kg Pale 2-Row (11lbs)

Hops

20 g Northern Brewer Pellet @ 60 min (0.7 oz)
10 g East Kent Goldings Pellet @ 60 min (0.35 oz)
15 g Northern Brewer Pellet @ 30 min (0.5 oz)
15 g East Kent Goldings Pellet @ 15 min (0.5 oz)
15 g East Kent Goldings Pellet @ 5 min (0.5 oz)

It tastes awesome! Reaaly proud! Just a bit on the extreme bitter side, but i think it is cause I added too much hops!

You'll find as weeks pass the bitterness subsides.

Too much hops? That's absurd, I don't think there is such a thing
Had 9oz of hops in my last iipa.

No this is from Primary! two days before bottling. Just took the first FG reading

That looks like a giant sample. Definitely don't need that much to test. Leave some for the bottles
