Hello all! I have one brew mostly under my belt right now. I bottled a Fat Tire mini mash two days ago and am waiting to see how it turned out.

There is quite a bit I learned during my first wort production, primary fermentation and the deluge of information I have learned during this process.

I rushed it a bit I think and there were a couple of things I know have much room for improvement. I am glad I have found this new hobby even though my trips to Austin Home Brew Supply leads me with less and less in my pocket but more new toys to play with on brew day.
