Am I reading this right...

30.2 oz Simcoe
40.2 oz Glacier
50.2 oz Galaxy
60.2 oz Amarillo
70.2 oz Crystal
80 pkgs Safale American Yeast
90.2 oz Mosaic

????

That might be a little too hoppy and attenuated....

Lol,the hops r supposed to be all 0.25oz..and ill take note of the crystal..

It looks like the printout lists steps that just got merged into the numbers. So "14.0 ozMunich" is really "#1 - 4 oz Munich". So then you have "#2 - 8 oz Caramel/Crystal ... #3 - 0.2 oz Simcoe .... #4 - 0.2 oz Glacier ... etc". In that case, your recipe is right in the range Yooper recommended so you're looking good. Not sure about "#8 - 0 pkgs Safale US-05". But with an OG of 1042, one pack is fine.

Would half a pack of us-05 be fine?

Yes.............. But don't do it.

If you want to save money on yeast have a look at yeast washing/harvesting and reuse your yeast. There was an article on the home page within the last week and a sticky in the yeast and fermentation thread.

My personal rule for Crystal malt is 10% or less, but the general rule is up to 20%. With the Munich in there I would be tempted to leave it out entirely, but thats just because i'm a bit like that rather than it being a bad idea.

As far as the hops go I usually try and use local varieties (New Zealand) so cant give you any advice there.
