First kegging

Ok I am about to keg my first brew, but I want to make sure I'm cleaning everything right. I opened the keg filled with about a gallon of water then added a spoon of no-rinse closed the keg and shook it around like a mad man then pressurized it, shook it some more, oh then shook it again. Then keeping the co2 hooked up I dispensed all the water out. Next I filled with water and repeated. The I removed the lid and held it upside down above my sink and sinsed well. Is this good or am I missing something?

It seems that you have done well, young grasshopper. Short of removing the posts and sanitizing them individually you've got most everything covered.

When you say removing the post you simply mean talk off my disconnects and just wipe them down? Or do you mean something more then that?

Most likely he means unscrewing the plugs, then removing the tubes and poppets. Then you run a brush through the tubes and clean the poppets. I do a complete cleaning ever couple years when the o-rings need replacing. Normally, I do about what you've done.
