Ok I am about to keg my first brew, but I want to make sure I'm cleaning everything right. I opened the keg filled with about a gallon of water then added a spoon of no-rinse closed the keg and shook it around like a mad man then pressurized it, shook it some more, oh then shook it again. Then keeping the co2 hooked up I dispensed all the water out. Next I filled with water and repeated. The I removed the lid and held it upside down above my sink and sinsed well. Is this good or am I missing something?
