I had a belgian pale ale finished in secondary when Mr Postman showed up to my house with the corny keg I had ordered online. I had no co2 or fittings for the keg so I decided to ride the adrenaline train and rack right in there with priming sugar and no gas. A week later I go to bleed the valve and have my "OMG IM GONNA SHOOT MYSELF IN TEH FACE MOMENT" no pressure, keg isnt sealed.

Here is my question for you homebrew talk... Can I be saved? Did I ruin my brew? If I seal it or force carb today can I still have something drinkable?
Are you out there lord?

Without a CO2 source to seal the lid you probably just released all of the CO2 created by the priming sugar. So, with the exception of flat beer you should be OK. Basically you used the keg as a secondary. No worries. If you can force carb, now is the time. Sure it will be drinkable, you've just upped the alcohol a little with the priming sugar. :drunk:
