well I am as green as it gets in term of brewing experience, 5 batch so far all 1 gallon and 2 ciders of these 7 attemps two are still fermenting. But for lunch today I opened a bottle of cream ale brewed on 09/06 and bottled on 09/26. I cold crash it for 4 days at 40 in the kitchen fridge and aded a gelatin solution for the last 2 days. Today I managed to remember to not pour the last once at the bottom of the bottle and keep it clear of any sediment and oh joy it was crystal clear and a real pleasure to drink with my lunch sandwich, I guess the two batches that will go in cold crashing mode this week end will see the same process applyed to them.
