Here is my recipe:
1 gallon Motts Apple Juice
.5 lb of Dextrose (Corn Sugar)
1.10 gram of EC-118 Lalvin Wine Yeasts
SG 1.066

Measured it today and it is @ 1.002
Tasted pretty sour. Not knowing what Hard cider is suppose to taste like, I need a little help here.

Hasn't been any activity for quite awhile?

Suggestions? Where do I go from here? Rack and/or bottle?

Thanks

I would rack and let it bulk age for a month or two. It loses some of the tartness and sweetens up with time.

I'm a little surprised that your FG wasn't a little lower. Racking may kick up the yeast and get it down a couple more points.

You can always kill off your yeast and back sweeten if it's too tart and you don't plan on carbonating.
