Using 2 gal MR BEER keg. 2 gal White house apple juice from concentrate. Nothing happened for 2 days, then juice turned opaque. Now 2 weeks later its cleared again. Didn't see the "high Krausen" like with beer. Is this normal?

Yes it is normal. Apple do not contain much protein compared to malt. Need proteins for foam. Cider will not have foam and is kind of more like Coca Cola in this regard, the fizz dies immediately.

Great choice on the juice. What kind of yeast did you introduce? I've made cider with nothing but juice and concentrate a few times and love the clarity. Starts crystal clear, becomes cloudy and then clears up again. But,... I have always seen vigorous fermentation - looking like an air stone is sitting at the bottom of the carboy pumping O2.
