THREAD UPDATE:

Left the cider a little too long in secondary fermentation I think, got distracted with the every day of life, started November last year, so coming on 7 months now.

Planning on bringing a buddy over tonight to help me bottle, is it safe just to use the 4oz priming sugar as per the recipe: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=107152 or do I need to compensate for the extra time I left it sit? I want to avoid bottle exploding if I can.

I am not sure, but I just wanted to compliment on how beautiful your jug is. [emoji5]️

Ty sir, it's been a hell of a wait, basically since last Thanksgiving haha, I'm hoping I'll be able to crack some open this time around, enjoy with some turkey and apple pie.

You're safe with 4 oz for five gallons. You might be under carbed from the wait, but for sure you won't be over carbed after all at off gassing time
