First timer here, exciting new hobby to get into.
Following this recipe:

Grahms English Cider.
Added tea/lime mix to carboy, than juice, than yeast nutrient, and finally yeast (S-04)
It seemed that the yeast had sunk, but checking back a couple hours later I found this.

Do I need to shake to mix up the sediment at the top or is it normal?
