I am doing a Nut Brown Ale. The wort is currently boiling with the bittering hops. I am supposed to add .5 oz of Fuggle Hops for the last two minutes according to the directions, but I was supplied with 1.0 oz. Should i use the entire ounce or only put half in? Can you save the other .5 ounce for another brew?

Thanks!

it really wont affect much of anything if you add them all. a hop addition that late in the boil will only contribute to aroma. so its your call, no worries either way wont hurt a thing. if you decide to put in only 1/2oz & save the other 1/2oz u can put them in a ziploc for short storage, if your gonna store them longer, you'll need a vaccuum sealed bag, and keep em in the freezer. enjoy!! :mug:

I was thinking of adding the entire package. I just wasn't sure if .5 oz extra of pelleted hops would make that much difference.
