Me too. I actuallt didn't use irish moss on this and it cleaned up nicely. It's very hoppy and makes my BMC friends say "what's that weird taste?" "

Very nice on your first brew! Welcome to the addiction. I started in August of last year, and now, about $1,200 later, I find myself with a full AG setup and a ferm chamber that can ferment 50 gallons (10 batches) at once.
