Well after months of reading I am jumping in and building my own stand . I had a 150 gallon fish tank that had a heavy duty metal stand so I am going to convert it in to a brew stand . I figure why not if anything it saves me some money for other things. I will update this build as it progresses so I am taking all your advice on the forums and running with it!

I am not sure I was taking a picture of Pops helping me out with some of the welding.. Now he taught me how to weld so I could do it but if the guy who taught you is standing there wouldn't you use him?LOL!!

I am sorry for the delay with updates my Dad had Heart surgery. All went well and we are back at it building my Brew stand together.. Here are some pictures...

This is the 2 March Pumps installed with the quik Connectors and I found a couple angle Brass fittings I had so it ended up working out ok.

Braztek is the chill plate..

I have the BT4X12-40

I am not familiar with this model but have a therminator....Blichmann reccomends vertical orientation of the chiller for sterilization ( I assume to ensure its fully packed and there are not pockets of air inside), and a horizontal orientation for cooling.

Dose this Braztek mention this? I've been thinking of how to incorporate a dual position mount on my stand because of this but I haven't noodled it out yet.

I went with what the spec sheet said and did the vertical mount. Hope it works out . If not I can always change it..

Ran in to a little snag with the PID controller I am using a REX C-100 and I really need to figure out how to use them with RTD.. If not I might use TC connection and do it that way. I can not find a single step by step guide anywhere and YES I did not do my homework on these I went on Price and I never do that!
