Personal preference on that one, I know I've seen some folks who like to dry hop at the end of primary fermentation to reduce oxidation risks. I prefer to do it once FG is reached, though at a week mine are usually done. I like to get these hoppy beers in the keg by 2 wks and be drinking them around 3.
