first brew results

After what seems like a lifetime my first brew is disappearing rapidly. I just cannot believe that I made this. After two weeks in bottle it was admittedly pretty nasty. Let it sit another two and I was like this is pretty good. Two weeks after that and I am just can't believe what time in the bottle has done. Its a freaking beer miracle!!!

Lesson learned for next time. Give it at least 3 weeks in the bottle and you'll have a higher quantity of good beer to enjoy.

Perhaps the Rhenheitsgebot <-sp??? (German beer ingredient law) should have included patience!!!!!!!!!!!
