One question in particular. I'm on day seven and I've got what I think is good Scoby growth, but its a pretty blue color. Can Scobys be blue or is this mold in process. I recently bought a heating pad as temperatures at night were getting down to 68 degrees. I never saw it colder than that though. It had about 5 nights reaching as low as that temperature.
