The yeast flocculated it seems - doesn't look overly red though. How old is it? I would bottle it in 10-14 days personally after brew day.

Looks like ....there's not enough water added to make a gallon, unless for some wierd reason your gallon jug is much larger than a normal gallon jug - did it blowoff a quart of wort???....but, otherwise, yeah, lots of flocculation (flocculance??? ), nothing to worry about, really, in my experience.
