first brew done

4 weeks ago I boiled my first batch of beer and tonight I finally popped open the first bottle of homebrew and drum roll.......it was delicious.

I used the the cincinatti pale ale recipe on howtobrew.com ended up switching up the bittering and aroma hops but it was a good mistake. I am just so happy it turned out good

nice!! congrats!! I did the same earlier this month and Im already on my 3rd batch. Its an addiction and I love it.

yeah it really makes be want to go out and buy a few more fermentors so I can have some serious brewing going on. I have a irish stout in the primary right now and an irish red on deck for as soon as I rack it to secondary followed by more once those move through the process.

Congrats!!! Just like Yotie mentions, give it more time and it will be great! My first, I bottled a 12 pack and finished the last one 10 months after the brew day... DAMN was it good!!! But I generally don't have that kind of patience, I think I forgot where I put it!

yeah I had it bottled for 2 week
