Thanks to you all. My E HERMS projet has given off a sweet reward. My electric panel worked like a charm View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1471493793.855029.jpg. Ive brewed a strong belgian ale first. My mash tun performed well with 13 pound of grain. I did a yeast starter with WLP545 in my stirrer flask . Oxygenate wort with o2 and got a crazy fermentation. Went from 1.060 to 1.003. Went to keg tonight. In my new kegarator. Now i understand why you brewing people love this sh**** so much. Last saturday i did a double batch of california ale. In the boil i threw 1.5 gram of cascade lupulin powder! Cant wait to keg this other ale. I think this is the start of a good beer lovin story.
