Ok, so I'm Marshall from Boston. After 4 weeks fermenting, I just bottled my first beer. It's an oatmeal stout! It looked good, smelled good, and I can't wait to try it. I bottled up 9x12oz bottles and I'm going to open one a week on weeks 2-10 to see when it tastes best (then I'll have 20x22oz bottles to enjoy). It's a good thing I'm patient. I don't think it's too early to name the beer. Is it too early to name my operation?
