Bottled my first brew today, a brown ale kit by brewers best. Used the revvy dishwasher method. Used a vintinator to sterilizer bottles previously cleaned. After boiling pfriming solution and racking to bottling bucket, had just a tad shy of 5 gallons. Bottled 2 cases, had about 1.5 litres left. That went into my dimple moss from hofbreau haus. Tastes amazing. Not a real fan of high hops, but this was very well balanced. Was suprised how clear the rack was. The trub was about 1/4" and the racking cane was buried up to the top of the cap into it. pourd the remainder into the moss, virtually no debris in the bottling bucket. Gotta remember to have an extra 6er of clean bottles next time, and turn the dip tube down a tad more. The bottling wand gurgled on que at bottle 47. tilted the bucket and got the last bottle filled. Waiting for the top off water to chill, then will brew the next batch, brewer's best weisbeir. No problems, just want to share.
