I am relatively new to all grain brewing I have done four drinkable 1 gallon batches but now I want to make a 3 gallon batch as I realized 1 gallon of beer finished faster than it took to brew it. I managed to get some pilsner malt from a friend and wanted to get your opinion on this SMASH(with honey) I will try to do.
1. 4.5 LB of Pilsner Malt
2. 1 LB of Honey
3. 0.7 oz saaz hops(60 min)
4. 0.3 oz saaz hops (15 min)
5. Irish moss 1 tbsp (15 min)
6. 0.3 oz saaz hops (5 min)
