After only 3 extract brews... I just bought a 40 qt SS pot, a Better Bottle, an AG SNPA clone, and I made a wort chiller. Wish me luck, and if you have any last minute tips, LMK!!!! :fro: :fro: :fro:
 
Be sure to get your water volume right , I like to mash in at 154 * it gives it a better mouth feel . And do a sparge at 168* to get better efficiency . 90 min. Rest before upping the temp to 168* .

Today was my first BIAB/AG brewday too!! Did the NB Innkeeper kit. Pretty enjoyable and nailed my OG!

Hopefully your grain is milled fine or double crushed. If so you won't need a 90 minute mash, 30 will give you full conversion.
