ABV 5,1%

DME Extra light (1.044) 1,2Kg (60% grist in boil)
DME Extra light (1.044) 0,8Kg (40% grist in boil)

Hops bill
Cascade (aa %5,65) 35g 60' (18,6 IBU)
Cascade (aa %5,65) 50g 15' (13,2 IBU)
Cascade (aa %5,65) 50g 5' (5,3 IBU)
Cascade (aa %5,65) 55g 15' flameout (5,8 IBU)
Cascade (aa %5,65) 60g Dry hopping 3 days

Yeast
Sagale Us-05 (11,5g)

So, what do you think?

Looks fine to me.
I presume you would add the 0.8kg at the end of the boil.
Im not a fan of US-05 but alot of people swear by the yeast and atleast it is reliable.

Yes, the 0,8kg are in late addiction.
I'm going to use US-05 beacuse it's very easy to find

Light DME will be a nice color. You could also consider steeping a small amount of caramel/crystal malt for extra color and a little sweetness. The classic Sierra Nevada Pale Ale uses a 60L caramel malt, if I remember correctly.

Just to be different I used C120 in a batch. It would not fall into the pale ale category but it sure tasted good to me.
