Greetings from Houston Texas! I'm Tom, been brewing for bout 7 years or so but only now have the means to get set up for all grain brewing...the long wait is over!! I was wondering if y'all experienced brewers would like to weigh in on an easy first brew. I'm a huge fan of stouts, tippin an Imperial at the moment, and am excited to start making these, most likely I'll have one on tap at all times. But would a stout be an easy first all grain or are there other types a bit easier? Thanks for the help, Cheers!
