First all grain

I am in the middle of my first all grain and I have had a TIME! I hac my first boil over and my wort chiller blew a hose. If I don't develop an infection I will be suprised! If I hadn't already had about four pints I would have tossed everything.

Beer is tuff stuff. It wants to be drunk. Like me.

I've had all of those problems. It should still be beer.

Yeah, i've had all of those problems and more. The beer will be fine, no doubt about it. I now have a 'dont start drinking until the boil' rule (unless it's a session beer).

Don't worry about getting an infection. It's the beer you should be concerned about. Get your priorities straight.
