BTW - your burner stand doesn't look big enough for your keggle. I would recommend getting a grill grate to put between them to give you a little support. I would hate to lose 6 gal boiling wort if something bumped it!

Anyway, first of all that is awsome your little daughter is helping, can't wait to have a few myself to help stir the pot with pop.
I have also brewed the Fat Tire CLone, I keep hearing it is great so the anticipation is killin me.
Is it a little darker than your average Amber and how about the bitterness is it too low or just right, cause to me it seemed a little low in the recipe I don't know about how it is on the palat though.
