I'm not sure where to put this thread, hopefully this is correct.
I have been brewing all-grain for over 10 years and been putting beers in firkins for a little over six months. Alls going well and a local bar has asked me to brew them a special beer with some hops they grew in their garden. The chef asked if he could sample the wet hopped beer before we tap the firkin so we can come up with some side dishes. My question is, what's the best way to get him a bottle or two that'll give him a general idea of what the beer will taste like once tapped?
I was going to bottle some fresh from primary as i transfer to the firkin, but that sample will be missing the addition of some dry hops that i'm going to put into the firkin. Is there a way to replicate this for him in the bottle?
