Just drank two 480ml bottles of finished home brew Kombucha. And I'm happy drinking it because it tastes great!
Question:
So in my original recipe for 2 gallons:
Organic Coconut Sugar 1.5-2 cups
Organic Chai Tea mix 1 quart
Washington spring water two 1 gallon
>
I'm now thinking that maybe for the next batch I shouldn't add any Chai Tea.
I want to mimic the taste of GT's original Kombucha, (for taste preference).
That's how I made my scoby anyhow.
Does it matter if I add any flavor to the recipe besides the sugar?
Can I brew great tasting kombucha with just water, sugar, and a scoby?
