Made my first batch yesterday.. hopefully it turns out ok. Here's what i did

boiled 46 lipton tea bags in 3 gal of water for 35 mins
added 2 TBLS of honey
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 lbs of corn sugar
1/4 cup of lemon juice

I cooled it down to 90 degrees, added 2 more gal. Water temp was 81 degrees when i pinched Champagne yeast.
Unfortunately i didn't get a OG reading

now the wait..

This turned out pretty darn good.. i had to add 2 1/2 cups more sugar tho to make up for the lack of sugar in tea. Bottled it yesterday
