Finally got to use my new Wilserbrewer bag!!

My wife had ordered the grand slam package from Wilser for father's day i just now got around to mounting my hoist bracket to the deck and give this a go, been Biab'ing for over 4 years and by far the nicest bag i've had and the pulley allows me to let the bag drain while i heat to a boil and not have to squeeze it over a colander

A witbier that i brewed for my wedding day, served kegs at the wedding and bottled 4 cases worth to put a bottle in each gift bag

Haven't brewed this recipe in over two years so figured now was a good time since everyone has been asking about it, tweaked the recipe slightly smelling great right now

Ten hour brewday finished, 1.065 witbier and 1.060 germans pils, way higher og then i planned for both but no complaints here, new set up was a success [emoji482]
