I did a search for hop seeds, and from reading this thread it seems less than ideal. It will be interesting to see what you get out of them, and really interesting to see what this beer comes out like.

I'll keep posting; all the way from planting, germination, growth, harvest, malting, harvesting hops, and finally; making a giant 12-oz batch of beer

Surprisingly, no. But harvest is in 40-55 days!

A pack of US-05, nevermind, I mean bread yeast "seeds" with instructions not to plant the yeast seeds until your wort is chilled to under 100.

I haven't planted yet - but I'll already tell ya that the salsa desktop garden (tomato, cilantro, hot peppers) is a lot more practical
