Does anyone filter their beer at bottling day with a cheese cloth or something similar? What would be the pros and cons of that?
 
I do not. You could let the beer finish then cold crash for a few days and siphon to your bottling bucket leaving the compacted yeast cake behind. The only con to using cheesecloth would be opening up the possibility of infection if the cloth isn't completely sanitized.
