it will most likly oxidize. Vinegar is produced via Acetobacter or other acid producing bacteria. As long as you sanitized and the cork or bottle cap is seated you should have a problem

Cider vinegar tastes like vinegar. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking.

In order to make cider vinegar, you have to have contamination with acetero bacter. Those bacteria eat alcohol and turn wine or cider into vinegar. If your cider isn't contaminated (fruitflies will do it), then you won't have vinegar.

If you fill a bottle up half way, you won't have vinegar. As scinerd said, though, you might have some oxidized cider. If you drink it fairly fast, it won't get as much time to oxidize. Drink that one first.
