Hey all,

My friend got a Heady Clone kit that has Conan yeast included. So instead of doing the kit straight we're gonna bump the batch to a 10 gallon all-grain and riff on Heady/ Mastermind.

Problem: the intranets got nothing on what may be in mastermind. I'm guessing a grain bill similiar to the Heady Clone: hops: Citra, Galaxy, simcoe???

Anyone got any advice/ help?

Never even heard of this brewery/beer before now. Seems like they are mimicking a lot of the Alchemist's processes, even down to the canning.

The tasting notes show a lot of lemon/lime characteristics from the hops, followed closely by grapefruit, orange, and tropical fruits. Pine on the backend.

Sounds like a combo of Lemon Drop hops, Citra, Amarillo, Centennial, Summit.

Here is a blind stab at it...

For 5 Gallons:

15 ml HopShot @ 90 Minutes
1.00 oz. Lemon Drop @ Hopstand
1.00 oz. Amarillo @ Hopstand
0.75 oz. Citra @ Hopstand
0.75 oz. Centennial @ Hopstand
0.75 oz. Summit @ Hopstand
1.50 oz. Lemon Drop @ 8 day, Two-Stage Dry Hop
1.50 oz. Amarillo @ 8 day, Two-Stage Dry Hop
1.00 oz. Citra @ 8 day, Two-Stage Dry Hop
1.00 oz. Centennial @ 8 day, Two-Stage Dry Hop
1.00 oz. Summit @ 8 day, Two-Stage Dry Hop
