I have my maibock/IPA blend in the secondary with airlock. OG was 1.066. Before I moved it to the secondary it was 1.022. Added dry hops. 1 week later it reads 1.018 two days in a row. According to the QBrew program, my FG should be 1.016. There are bubbles in the airlock - 1 every minute and a half. am i safe to bottle?

First off, ignore the airlock...bubbles or lack of same are really not a good indicator of anything. It could be CO2 that is the result of ongoing fermentation, or it could just be dissolved gas coming out of solution. Even subtle temperature changes can cause bubbles.

I seldom use a secondary any more, but personally I wouldn't rack to secondary until I was very close to the expected FG.

You may be OK to bottle as you're really not that far off, but why rush it? How long has this batch been fermenting? My rule of thumb is "When in doubt, wait a little longer." Brewing is a great hobby for procrastinators. :D

2 points off isn't very far, but from your description it sounds like it's still going. I'd give it another week or so, and if the gravity is still 1.018 then you should be safe to bottle.
