Making my first festa brew kit...blonde lager. It says to leave in carboy for 7-10 days before bottling. It is day 10 today and it is VERY foggy. I have no idea if it is supposed to be that way or not so I'm wondering if I need to leave it longer. I have only ever made wine from kits so this beer is new to me. Any info would help. Thanks in advance!
