So I've been super busy and I have yet to bottle my beer. It's NB caraboo slober extract kit, I was supposed to bottle it last Saturday. So will three weeks in the secondary ruin my beer?

That will only help it taste better! But the only thing you need to worry about is having enough living yeast to still carbonate once in the bottles.

We have done batches where we let the beer refine in the secondary too long and there just wasnt enough yeast to get a good carbonation in the bottles.

If you are kegging you don't have to worry about that though!
