I made a wheat ale in a 6.5 gallon fermentation bucket. After bottling I soaked it for 12 hours filled with water and Oxyclean. After I dried it there was no smell. A few hours later the beer smell was back. Any suggestions?

Try some star san in it.

I agree with Nurmey. I have the same 'problem' and I wash my bucket with soap and water, then bleach and water, then sanitizer and 4-5 rinses. It doesn't go away. It doesn't stink up a room or anything like that and I haven't noticed it effecting the taste of any of my beers.
