Hi I'm new to the home brewing thing and I was wondering how to ferment alcohol

BLUF: Boil malt sugars with hops to make a sweet wort and add yeast. There are many intricacies and nuances but that's really it.

When you ferment do you have cure it so you don't go blind? Like with moonshine?

Could you elaborate? If youre referring to distilling that can not be discussed on this forum.

No just fermenting well you ever have to cure fermented alcohol before drinking it.

Nope, not with the beer/wine methods on this forum! Some bigger beers/wine will need some aging in order to mellow out but thats about it.

I always thought she was cute. But moonshine is only fun when I'm drunk.

If you are making beer then no. If your talking about liquor then you are on the wrong forum.
