Can someone give me advice please I just potched yeast into my American pale ale which was to ferment at 23°C and left town for five days I came back and it has been fermenting at 17.3°C Something went wrong between my thermostat controller and heating pad.anyway shall I raise the temperature to 23° and tried to restart fermentation or just continue on and leave it for another week or so before kegging any advice is good had vies perhaps
