I know Ed has posting something about this before. But has anyone ever had any Apfelwein while it was still fermenting? Im having some right now and its fantastic! Still fermenting so its carbonated. Not totally finsished so its more sweet than the final product. You gotta try it sometime. This half gallon jug is disappearing fast!
