I've read many thoughts on this, but I'd like to hear some personal thoughts and experiences.

Can/Should/Have you fermented a sour beer (in glass) in a chest freezer next to clean beer?

Have you had an issues fermenting clean beer in a chest freezer that you previously fermented a sour beer in?

I think your ok to do that. Just use dedicated lines and racking equipment. Id pull the carboy out of there if i wanted to open it to sample. I would be OK with it in there if it was sealed.

Ive done it and ive never had a fresh beer arpund long enough to see if there is contamination. Cross contamination between two closed vessels.is extremely unlikely. The pro mixed fermentation brewers laugh at how anal us homebrewers can be. RDWHAHB.
