hey guys I’m brewing a wheat shandy lemonade was added boil I saw these things growing on top of fermenter 24 hours after pitching yeast should I be worried is that mold it’s pure white

Don't worry, that's just your yeast starting to work! Should have a good krausen going within 10 hours or so. Leave it be, you'll be fine.
 
what they said, looks normal to me. I thought the same thing when my beer first began fermentation :)
