Im brewing a Russian imperial stout and it's been fermenting for 10 days and my Gravity is sayin 1.060 is that rite? And I noticed the airlock only bubbled for a day
I wouldn't doubt that it's still at 1.060, what was your OG? Airlock bubbling isn't necessarily a good indicator for fermentation.
A couple of questions to get us started:
What yeast did you use, and did you use a starter?
Did you get oxygen into the wort in any way before pitching yeast?
What temperature is it sitting at right now?
What are you drinking?
Yeah, 50 would definitely take the wind out of their sails. Do you know the OG? It's likely possible to get this thing moving again if it warms up a bit and you rouse the yeast gently. If you can get it into the low 60's that would probably be a good start.
