Put a batch in for fermentation on Saturday of last week. I am using a bubbler and a 7.5 gallon bucket. I have checked on it a few times and still now activity out of the bubbler. What should I do or is there anything to be worried about?
I understand sometimes it takes a few days for the whole process to start. I have never had it take this long.

Check the gravity. If it went down to where it's supposed to be - you're good. If it's still at the OG level, repitch more yeast immediately.

Your bubbler is useless for monitoring fermentation. Stop looking at it. If you want to know if fermentation is happening/has happened, then MEASURE your gravity! Remember, airlock does NOT equal hydrometer!

My buckets all leak. I'm not sure why I even use the airlock, it usually doesn't even bubble once for me the entire fermentation.

I agree with Scooby, take a hydrometer reading first.

I had the same experience at about batch no. 3, my bucket lid just wasn't sealing. I thought about it, read up on this forum, and decided it was no big deal. Now, for the last six or so batches, I have just rested the lid on the bucket rim. No problems at all, my beer is better with every batch. And with this technique, I'll never have to clean wort off of the ceiling!
