I'm waiting on setting up a wine fridge and just did my second batch in the last couple of weeks after a couple year break. Im doing an extra pale ale w/ wyeast 1056 american ale. Highest temp it says is 72. My sticker on the ferm has the green temp at 72 and I cooled the wort down to 68. You think it will come out fine flavor wise?

You will be fine and enjoying a great tasting beer in no time. It is best to have temps lower rather than higher. 68 sounds fine, or, even lower IMHO.

Yea Just wondering opinions...my last batch didnt get so high because the temp was cooler outside and I am a dummy and closed my A/C vent in the room...
