Fermentation vessel size matter?

Hi all, quick question. I'm getting ready to order new fermentors from Chapman Brewing (SS buckets) and am considering the 14 gal version. I usually brew about 7 the 8 gallons...5 for keg and 2 for loss and a couple bottles. Is the 14 gallon version going to have too much headspace? Does it matter?

I've done several 5 gallon batches in my 15 gallon conical with no ill effects due to head space.

Doesn't matter as long as you keep the air out.
